Beige Flower Basket Skinny Scarf with Lily Sugar ‘N Cream “Natural Ombre” yarn

Hi! I wanted a skinny scarf with this beige yarn.  Instead of doing the easy thing of knitting a lace pattern for an hour, I stopped and thought:

How can I knit a lacy pattern that reminds me of an image I know?

I looked around my living room and saw my porcelain flower basket.

The basket colors looked like the “Natural Ombreyarn.  I thought why not knit a basketweave type stitch and a flowery type lace?  I knit the linen stitch 5 times, then a diamond cluster lace pattern 6 times. After 30 minutes it looked like this:

Update 1: After an hour:

The linen stitch makes it look like a basket holding blooming flowers. I was surprised to that each “cluster” is a different color white or beige. Would like to try this where the color lasts the 10 stitches of a row.
