I used thin white stripes with blue so it could look like the tennis court in the CountryWide Classic.

Knit Blue and White Diagonal Striped Skinny Scarf Knit Pattern:

Simple because it is knit on the bias and in garter stitch. I used Caron Simply Soft Yarn in “Berry Blue.” Doesn’t it look that the color of the tennis court in the picture?

Cast on 9 stitches using US size 11 needles with white yarn.

Knit 1 row

Row 2: Begin bias pattern: knit through the front and back of loop, knit 6, knit 2 together, and knit last stitch.

Row 3: Knit all stitches

  • Drop the white yarn, and pick up Caron Simply Soft “Berry Bluecolor yarn.

Knit 12 rows. Always start knitting the row first then do the “knit through the front and back of loop, knit 4, knit 2 together, and knit last stitch” and knitting the next row.

  • Drop blue yarn, gently pick up white yarn.

You just knit 2 rows with the white yarn! Always start by knitting the row and then “knit through the front and back of loop, knit 4, knit 2 together, and knit last stitch”

Now just repeat the 12 rows in blue and 2 rows in white for 10 times. End the scarf with the 2 rows in white and cast off.
